Monday 29th Oct.

After a mad drinking weekend in Barcelona I was back to play the Hunt the Pro on www.dtdpoker.com
Of course I open 3 - 6 cash games at the same time to keep me busy and bring in some $.

With Two 5/10 plo games a 10/20 plo game and a 2.50/5plo gmae on the go I also play in the $100 buy in 20K guarenteed tourney which is run daily on the site.
I managed to finish 2nd in theis 2 mondays on the trot. the first week I was in the top 5 the whole tourny and heads up I only had 50,000 to my oponents 450,000 so I was happy but last week I lost to 60/40% in a row to go from chip leader to out in second. Still $4,000 a time I am not complaining.

I play many tables at the same time asyou get so many hands per hour it is best mathamaticaly to play them to win. You normally see that same players at each table too so good to play 1 table tight then lose on the other :). Then they respect you.

I manage to play that night for about 5 hours and from being a total of 1,000 up after the first hour I play tight to wait for the moment to pounce and build up.
I find myself involved in a big pot in the 10/20 AAKQ double suited. I flop the nuts A high flush and check. The aggressive player then bets the pot, I just call. There was another player in but they folded. Heads up to the turn. A blank. I check again knowing he bets the pot which he does. I again just call as I know he bets the river. The flop was KJ7 Q now the river was a J a little sick but with only $200 left and a pot of over $2500 I have to bet. I do and he calls me. He turns over JQ22 No diamonds. Just bluffing each street and hits runner runner LOL.
OK a little loss but we are still doing ok on the other tables.
Next came the 5/10 game set over set the Set v flush draw and a rap, then a massive rap and a flush draw v top 2 pair. It went from bad to worse for me that night and I decided to call it a night when I reraised with AAT9 and flop was AQ4 and I lost to a crazy player who hit a small straight on the river.
Thats the game I I prefer to play with these people everyday. Thats how I consol myself!
So 4,500 down on the day I needed to re-focus.
I went out both the tournys and went to bed for a long sleep.

Tuesday 30th Oct.
I decided not to play on line today and just a little live. it is a good 2.50/5 euro plo game but gets big.
I played for a few hours and picked up a grand. as the saying goes
"A grand a day keeps the bank manager away"
Did some work and spent the night with the girlfriend.

Holloween 31st Oct.
ON LINE
sat in the 5/10 and 10/20 plo game.
I thought it couldnot get worse than the other night but it seems that it can. The loss was not so bad but the beats were.
I managed 2 and a half hours before logging of before I went on serious tilt.
I went to play live for a couple of hours and the zone was not good.
I lost 2K in 90 min and left there too. Saying that I did play bad that day as I could of avoided some of the losses.

1st Nov
A new month. Time to rebuild for the week.
With a win of 1100 live I logged on last night to play some cash and the $100 20K guarentteed.
I strted well in the comp and the cash.
Then it all went to peices. I was loseing my 50/50's I was loesing 80/20% and the 60/40% what chance did I have. a nother 3,000 on the net so I was ready to give up again.
I worked so hard last week to build up 10k and now it seems that I gave over half back.
Good news is that the players are there everyday! I look forward to my new week on the net!
